20 Year Old Unit

HVAC Fiberglass Duct Board

Supply duct work cleaning process: HEPA vacuum with a horse brush all four walls cleaned to remove buildup of dirt.

Old Dirty Plugged Coil

Coil wash pressure washed for about 8 man hours until all blockages was removed. Insulation was covered with Astro-Foil by pin welding and using a high velocity

Tower was pressure washed to remove scale build up, all debris was removed from the basin then sanitize.

Unit was HEPA vacuumed, and then pressure washed to remove all dirt and grease. Unit was painted with water reducible alkyd paint.

All surfaces were Sand Blasted, and then wiped down with Clean Bond to prep for Three coats of V570.

Rusted Condensate Pan

Coil was pressure washed using Powder Kegs coil cleaner. Then V570 the vertical product of Pancrete was painted on the sides of the drip pan. After sitting for 5 hours we poured a ¼ layer of Pancrete to the condensation pan. This pan was rusted from poor coil cleaning in the past. You must clean the pans after washing the coils.

Sand Blasting a Cooling Tower

We sand blasted a poor past install of another product that was already installed and was coming off in large flakes. After removing the old product, we prepared the surface with Clean Bond, the rolled three coats of V570 the vertical Pancrete product, let it fully cure for twenty four hours then poured a ¼ inch layer of Pancrete. This tower is much easier to clean in the future.

Trash chute

Cleaned and installed two coats of V570. Bags would break and the liquids would soak in the brick and concrete of the trash chute. V570 gives a nice surface to clean and stop liquids from seeping in to the surface.
