Effectively keeps cooling coils from accumulation build up. Lasts for one year and in many cases much longer. when dry, forms an ionic bond with the fin surface. fills pitting caused by cleaning. Invisible to heat transfer.

1 Gallon coats the front and back of a 50 ton coil.
1 Quart coats the front and back of a 12 ton coil.
